TANGER MED
Tanger Free Zone

An example of regional industrial development, supported by sound fundamentals, a structural character and a certain ability to spur the development of a multi-trade industry base.

Tanger Free Zone – TFZ – ranked 6th global free zone and 1st free zone port by the Financial Times FDI magazine.

Created in 1999, the first free export zone in Tangiers is the most important centre of activities in the region. Tanger Free Zone has several different activities: Automotive, aviation, textile, food, electronics, logistics, IT engineering and training industries… more than 500 companies of all sizes generated from foreign investment from Asia, the European Union, the United States, North Africa and the Middle East……

If the industrial vocation of this pole is clearly marked, Tanger Free Zone has however always refused polluting industries.

Alongside companies established since its foundation, the industrial zone regularly welcomes new businesses attracted by its dynamics, its positioning and the opportunities it offers.

In addition to strong nationally implemented incentives, Tanger Free Zone combines significant assets: geographical location, adapted marketing model (sale of land and rental of equipped warehouses), and service offers.
