Authorisation applications must be submitted by the investors to the office of the TFZ Company against receipt. The company must submit them after instruction to the Local Commission of Tangiers Free Trade Zone (CLZFET).

The representative of the Export Free Zone, Tanger Free Zone “TFZ” attends the meetings of the Commission in an advisory capacity.

The President of the Commission may call on any person whose opinion is deemed useful.
