Deadlines for establishment applications:

Pursuant to Article 12 of Law 19-94, it must be ruled on the request within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of filing with TFZ.
After this time the application is deemed accepted and a notification must be made to the investor.

In case of rejection of the application, the investor may, within 8 days from the date of notification, appeal to the Prime Minister who will decide within 30 days.
Any rejection must be duly substantiated by the nature of the activity or by the non-compliance to the provisions of Article 10 above.

The authorization granted exempts the investors from all other requirements relating to buildings and facilities necessary for the realization of his project. Facility Authorization Requests for authorization should be submitted by investors at the TFZ office upon acknowledgment receipt. TFZ is then required to submit them to the local Commission.
