Notes of services for tanger free zoneis investors


Access to the zone:

Alongside the recruitment procedures for each new staff, and before the arrival of the given person , the operator or his representative shall prepare a badge authorizing the staff to enter the companyís workspace. Access badges are only issued  by Tanger Free Zone.


Documents required for the issuance of badges:

• Request made on letterhead paper
• Photo ID
• Photocopy of CIN ( national identity card)
• Fees : 100 DHS per badge & per perso

• Photocopy of the vehicle's registration document
• Fees : 50 DHS per badge & per vehicle

Customs declarations

Since February 1, 2005 ,TFZ has set up a common space , conceived for the capture of customs declarations related to the flow of goods, at a nominal charge of 50 DHS per declaration.


Set up a company :

Being a one-stop shop center, Tanger Free Zone assists its clients in setting up their company.


Registration of land cars:

Given the administrative difficulties encountered by investors when proceeding with land registration (to the Land Registry) and car registration (yellow patches),Tanger Free Zone has made available a person responsible to assist in the completion of these formalities.


Shopping:

In order to improve the working environment within Tangierís Free Trade Zone and in order to better serve its customers, Tanger Free Zone has established a shopping service that will be fully dedicated to the needs of companies based in the area.

• Between 08:00 and 09:30 we receive your documents by specifying the place and the recipient (the collection can be made directly at your place for an extra charge)
• Our courier will leave our offices at 10:00 sharp
• At 15:00 we will return acknowledgments of receipt
• Fees: 50 DHS for the first service, 20 DHS for the following if they occur on the same day, Extra fee of 5 DHS if picked up by us.

It is understood that the service will meet all your travel requirements in terms of privacy but we will not be held liable for the loss of your documents by the recipient. The certificate of acknowledgment of receipt disclaims us from any liability.
